Supervoice Call Forward Service Instructions

To use Supervoice Call Forward Service, please follow below step-by-step instructions.

1. Dial +302107100999 from your PBX using your Supervoice account
2. If you wish to set your call forward unconditional destination (call forward all), please press 1
    2.1. Please enter the desired destination using your phone’s keypad
    2.2. Desired destination should be entered in E164 format followed by pound key (#), meaning that if you wish to set +3069XXXXXXXX as your call forward unconditional destination, you should enter 3069XXXXXXXX#
    2.3. After you have entered the desired call forward unconditional destination, please listen carefully to and confirm that is the correct one, by pressing 1, otherwise please press 2 or any other key to return to the main menu
3. If you wish to listen to your current call forward unconditional destination (call forward all), please press 2
4. If you wish to deactivate your call forward unconditional destination (call forward all), please press 3
5. If you wish to set your call forward unavailable destination (call forward when your PBX is unreachable), please press 4
    5.1. Please enter the desired destination using your phone’s keypad
    5.2. Desired destination should be entered in E164 format followed by pound key (#), meaning that if you wish to set +3069XXXXXXXX as your call forward unavailable destination, you should enter 3069XXXXXXXX#
    5.3. After you have entered the desired call forward unavailable destination, please listen carefully to it and confirm that is the correct one, by pressing 1, otherwise please press 2 or any other key to return to the main menu
6. If you wish to listen to your current call forward unavailable destination (call forward when your PBX is unreachable), please press 5
7. If you wish to deactivate your call forward unconditional destination (call forward all), please press 6
8. To exit Supervoice Call Forward Service, please hangup

 

To activate the Call Forward you should call 2107100999 from your Supervoice Trunk and below are the options you have in the automated message.

 

CFU & CFA for routing incoming Supervoice customer calls.

  1. Checks if CFA (Call Forward All) is enabled, if yes then sends the call to the number set as CFA
  2. Sends the call to the PrimaryTrunkID of the account to which the DID belongs
  3. If it is not reachable then it sends the call to the FailoverTrunkID of the account to which the DID belongs (if any)
  4. If it is not reachable then it sends the call to the CFU (Call Forward when Unreachable) of the account to which the DID belongs (if any)


What we want to do is enable the customer to set the CFA and CFU on / off.

So let it be that:

  1. wants to set CFA to 6932400722, should call * 21306932400722
  2. wants to deactivate CFA, should call * 2122
  3. wants to set CFU to 6932400722, should call * 22306932400722
  4. wants to turn off the CFU, should call * 2222

To do all this he must listen to a message that will tell him the number (in cases where he will set) and then give him a choice (eg 1 for confirmation or 2 for cancel).

Respectively with the deactivations he will hear a message that will inform him that he is going to deactivate the CFA / CFU respectively according to the number where he will again give him an option (eg 1 for confirmation or 2 for cancel).
